Visions Senior Living Mission
Vision Senior Living responds to the needs of those we care for daily. Visions Senior Living takes great pride in our mission offering a range of assisted living and memory care all in the same location. Your loved one can transition from one level to another in their home.
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.” ~ Aristotle
Visions Senior Living is not just a business, it is not your typical Assisted Living company. Visions Senior Living is built on a foundation of ethics and dedication to an elderly population that encourages a healthy life style, engages and stimulates the brain and memory as our seniors age in place and continue to be as independent as possible.
Visions Senior Living’s goal, with their residents in mind, is to create ongoing innovative programming ideas that assists with stimulating and regenerating the brain and memory as a proactive measure for those who are more independent and active and reactive measures for those who suffer with the challenges of dementia.
Visions Senior Living is a company that has a culture of not only taking great care of residents, but also respects and appreciates the commitment our staff have in working tirelessly and fully dedicated to the care of our residents we have been entrusted.
Visions Senior Living has built a team of leaders that aspire to implement the culture, mission and philosophy that is crucial to the long-term health and wellness of the residents, staff and company.
Our commitment to making the company embody the fundamentals of the SERVE Model, (S-See the Future, E-Engage and Develop Others, R-Re-Invent Continuously, V-Value Results and Relationships, E-Embody the Values) drives us to provide the best Assisted Living and Memory Care possible. We want to make a difference and be different than the big box providers of senior care. We work tirelessly to remember service is in the form of a human touch.
I can feel good about traveling because I know my mother is safe, well taken care of and loved living at Visions Senior Living at Apache Junction.
Due to my health, I was no longer able to care for my mother Verda at my home. We looked at many facilities, we found this one to be the very best. Since my mother has been here, she has told me many times how very happy she is here. The staff is sweet and wonderful and it is also very clean here. My mother stated that she does not think that she could be happier anywhere else.
I’m a Pearl Harbor Survivor who moved to Sunridge Village in 2016 and it has changed my life for the better. I like to be independent and they help me do just that. I have great friends here and the staff take great care of my needs.
My mother Bella lived at Sunridge Village for only four months before passing away. My family and I were so grateful that her last few months was spent in a community were she was well taken care of her and loved. We wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
Haven’t been here very long, but I’m very happy. Everyone is doing a good job.
I’m treated nicely by the staff and the food is much better than I expected. I like my room. I’m very satisfied with everything here.
This place does what I expect them to do. I like the caregivers. They do a good job.
I like it here. I have nothing to complain about. I’m glad I live here. I can come and go as I please but I still have help. Everyone helps me and is so nice.
I was very pleased when Visions Senior Living took over management for Visions Senior Living at Mesa. We seem to be on the same page in regard to my wife's (Sue) Care.
I am very happy with the staff and management for the awesome care that my husband Gerald receives. It’s good to see that when we ask for something, management jumps right on it and takes care of the matter right away.
I live at Visions Senior Living at Mesa. The staff here take great care of me. I enjoy the morning crew for going above and beyond for me when I need them.
My mother in-law Teresa K. lives at Visions Senior Living at Mesa and our family feels the staff are a friendly and caring team who takes great care of her in their memory care facility. We were happy when the new management company came aboard.
My dad Arthur who is also known to most as Gene came to Oasis of Stockton after living in another assisted living in which he wandered away after only being there for 2 hours. It was a very stressful time for us and didn’t know much about Oasis of Stockton, only that they specialized in dementia and memory care. The community relations person came right over to talk with us when we called and said we had to move dad out of the other place do to his wandering off. The Executive Director came and assessed my dad the following day and I was so impressed with the promptness and sincere caring manor with great understanding of our stressful situation. Dad has been here now for several months and he calls Oasis his home. So far my experience has been very positive. I have gotten to know the staff and have gotten close to them and care for them deeply. Now I understand why dad is so comfortable here. When I have a concern the staff follow up promptly and call me when there is a concern or if he needs anything. Dad loves the staff and they all love my dad. We feel like we are all part of a family.
